O`lena, meaning "yellow" in Hawaiian, is my new yellow female.
I also call her the shortened nickname of "Lena" which meanes "yellowish" in Hawaiian. It also refers t the Hawaiian astronomic idea of a star. The star is thought to be Sirius, which is also known as the "dog star". I thought the name fit.
Her registered name is "Kona Olena Foxy Princess". My friend says that O`lena looks a bit of a foxy hue and she certainly has a bit of "princess" attitude to her.
